Return & Refund Policy:

We stand behind all of our products with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please email us at support@buckstruckoutdoors.com and we will happily resolve the issue.  Return unwanted products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

 

Warranty:

Your BuckStruck unit is covered by a One Year Limited Warranty on parts and labor from the date of original purchase from an authorized dealer.  The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.  The warranty does not apply to units which have been damaged or abused intentionally or unintentionally.

Tampering with or altering the unit will void any warranty.  Any unauthorized service will void the warranty.  A copy of your original receipt or order information must be produced for any warranty service and a Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained from customer service by contacting a BuckStruck Outdoors via email at support@buckstruckoutdoors.com prior to returning the product.
